Georgia is officially home to two of the best restaurants in America, according to The New York Times. Bread & Butterfly and Nàdair were both named on the outlet’s annual list of the 50 Best Restaurants around the country.
Led by Chef Demetrius Brown, Bread & Butterfly serves a blend of French and Haitian cuisine. The NY Times piece names the beef patty, djon djon, escovitch halibut and cocktails as menu highlights.
Nàdair offers a unique combination of Scottish and Southern flavors. Helmed by Chef Kevin Gillespie, Nàdair’s menu features a vegetarian haggis and lacquered pork shoulder, both highlighted in the article.
