The 8th annual Atlanta Black Restaurant Week is underway now through Aug. 18. Nearly 90 Black-owned restaurants, bars and food trucks are participating in the event this year, offering special menu items, promotions and more.
Founded by Atlanta-based Warren Luckett, Black Restaurant Week aims to create awareness of Black-owned culinary businesses, services and products throughout various cities. The initiative began in 2016 as a one-city experience in Houston and has since expanded to 15 markets.
Participating Atlanta restaurants include APT 4B, Buttermilk Biscuit, Paschal’s, Nouveau Bar & Grill and more. Visit online for more details and a complete list of participating restaurants.
