Get your piece of the pie at new pizza places

Genuine Pizza recently opened in Phipps Plaza serving classics in addition to items like short rib, rock shrimp and slow-roasted pork pizzas.

Four-time World Pizza Champion Giulio Adriani opened a location of The Local Pizzaiolo in West Midtown this week. We stopped by for a sample, or six, and loved the crust and pizzas like The Mona Lizza, The Farmer’s Market and The Exception.

Drinks include a few beers and wines. The big surprise is kegged cocktails, which are just what they sound like – drinks stored in kegs. These include Negroni, Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini and Neopolitan Storm.
