After rigorous rounds of trivia at Whitehall Tavern, a mad rush ensued to get servers’ attentions for checks. We’d been there for hours – tables were filled with empty glasses and people ready to settle their tabs.
Fortunately, I had Dash – an app now available in Atlanta after successful launches in NYC, Chicago and DC – and my table split checks and paid with Apple Pay, a credit card saved in the app or Venmo.
Dash also has features allowing users to gauge crowds at restaurants and view menus before arriving at any of the 30 restaurants in Atlanta already signed up.
