2024 has been the strangest year of business in 360 Media’s 28-year history.
This year has reinforced that nothing is guaranteed or as it seems. I’ll spare all the details of what’s gone wrong because that list is well beyond 100 words. What I will share is what’s gone right! Recognizing I can thrive on very little. People are willing to work with you. It’s a yes until it’s a no. What’s important changes, and there’s no reason to hold on to people, processes or things.
When you’re transparent, you learn that everyone is fighting the good fight with you!
