Similar to the dating app Tinder, the Niko Niko app aims to gauge employee satisfaction as users swipe their smartphone screens to indicate their mood. Employees can share their feelings on everything from benefits to meeting effectiveness to their relationships with managers.
Companies spend around $720 million annually measuring and trying to boost employee morale, as reported by Fast Company. They can now leverage this app to collect answers on specific questions or collect “mood data” from their employees.
As less than one-third of U.S. workers report being engaged at work, we hope this app can help increase that percentage.
