Last week, the Atlanta Business Chronicle hosted its Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards. Among the list of winners was Majestic Realty, which won Mixed-Use Deal of the Year, with partner Carter, for their hotel development at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, as well as Industrial Deal of the Year for its $400 million regional hub for UPS.
Majestic’s deal with UPS at Charlie Brown Airport allows over 60,000 packages an hour to be processed and brings 1,500 new jobs.
The development at ATL includes a hotel, meeting and office space steps from the world’s busiest airport.
