We’re always hearing about new developments in Atlanta. As our city is growing, Columbia Residential, the Atlanta Housing Authority and their partners are ensuring that one building in the heart of Midtown remains affordable.
Renovations are underway at the Juniper and Tenth High Rise, which will include 149 affordable housing units to serve low-income seniors and persons with disabilities, while keeping residents close to transportation and amenities.
Expected to be completed early 2018, Columbia is enhancing energy efficiencies in the building, as well as modernizing apartments and adding a fitness center, community room, outdoor patio and other notable updates.
