Grove Street Partners’ Hat Trick

by The 100 Companies

When traveling through the world’s busiest airport, having a convenient – and comfortable – place to stay is crucial. Fortunately, Grove Street Partners broke ground yesterday on what will be a third hotel connected to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel, opening in March 2017, will have 204 rooms and 6,500 square feet of meeting space. Like other Grove Street-developed hotels, the Renaissance will be a meeting destination and built adjacent to the Georgia International Convention Center.

“Utilizing our hotels means travelers aren’t in traffic, and they have more time for what matters most,” said Kevin Kern of Grove Street.
