Peachtree Crossing developer S.J. Collins Enterprise recently closed on a loan to develop a shopping center at Peachtree Boulevard and Peachtree Road in Chamblee to be anchored by Whole Foods.
With tenants such as Zoës Kitchen, Octane, YEAH! BURGER and Taqueria del Sol , this development will create a sense of place for residents, who have to drive to Buckhead for organic options. Opening in early 2017, this one-stop-shop development is just what Chamblee residents need.
Along with food and grocery, pocket parks, a pedestrian trail and children’s play area, opportunities for farmers markets and food trucks are also planned.
