More Activity in the ‘Burbs

by The 100 Companies

Tomorrow, Brand Properties will break ground on the newest tenant in the Snellville Exchange shopping center – Ovation 11, a Carmike theater with dine-in service set to open later this year.

After being dormant for nearly a decade, the Gwinnett development – which also includes Hobby Lobby and La-Z-Boy – is now attracting shoppers and retailers. A ribbon-cutting event for outdoor recreation store Gander Mountain has been scheduled for October, with plans to add a fast-casual restaurant and number of other national tenants also in the works.

This and other recent announcements highlight the increased activity and overall confidence in the Atlanta market.
