Atlanta-based Seefried Industrial Properties and USAA Real Estate Co. have recently purchased the largest industrial footprint in metro Atlanta. Dubbed Valentine 85, the 183-acre site in Jackson County is currently on the market for build-to-suit users and can accommodate nearly 2 million square feet.
