Sitting in a doctor’s waiting room a few months ago, Columbia Residential CEO Noel Khalil deployed an update to the old sales adage – ABC: Always Be Closing – to PR’s version: Always Be Communicating.
Spotting WSB-TV investigative reporter Richard Belcher also sitting in the waiting room, Noel reminded Richard of a story he’d reported nine years earlier and had promised to do a follow up when things improved.
True to his word, Richard returned to Columbia Tower at MLK Village to update the “remarkable turnaround” at the residential community near Turner Field – resulting in a happier story and a renewed relationship.
