525 North will honor the history of Old Fourth Ward and provide a sleek alternative to meet the demand for loft office space in the hot neighborhood between Midtown, Sweet Auburn and Poncey-Highland.
525N will be the first major new office development along the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail, with plans for 172,000-square-feet of retail and office and an 8,000-square-foot rooftop terrace.
