Sciatica. I always thought that is an old person thing. Well, here I am at 51 with a raging case.
The pandemic pounds don’t help and my chiropractor gave me handouts, like I’m back in class, with targeted exercises to do at home. Not only do I not like being told what to do, but I also don’t like the exercises. Fast forward to me still complaining when my phone served up a YouTube yoga hip stretch video. Twenty-eight minutes, game on.
Twenty days later, it’s like night and day. The body is really amazing if you do the work.
