They say it takes 21 days to create a habit. I’ve heard that a lot, and in my experience, it tends to be true.
In 2015, I tried a 21-day meditation program which turned me into a daily meditator. Having fallen off recently, I did another program which allowed me to jump back into the daily ritual.
Most recently, I did a 21-day reset for my body and explored mindful eating. It was hard, but it changed how I feel and the way I look at a number of things in my day-to-day routine. Ever tried it? I dare ya!
