Did you know that 80% of people’s new year’s resolutions fail by Feb. 1? I read that recently and thought no wonder why I don’t make them anymore. It also takes 3-4 weeks to make something a habit.
All great information, but I’m not sure I always use it correctly. We always start the year out on the right track and then quickly it seems we fall back into the same old groove. This year, I am working on being a proactive course corrector and overall better communicator to manage 2019 differently.
