“We are increasing the price of your unlimited membership in Atlanta.” All Atlanta ClassPassers read these dreaded words last week, and let me tell you, they are not happy.
After a 25 percent price hike at the end of 2015, I was shocked to receive the news that monthly rates increased again to $120 ($160 for new members). The ClassPass Atlanta Facebook group immediately exploded with comments, many saying they were cancelling.
I’m not singing ClassPass’ praises as much as I used to. It’s clear ClassPass is willing to lose their most loyal customers to get to their bottom line.
