One of the hardest things with working out that many don’t think about is when to eat. If you eat too soon before you may feel nauseous. If you don’t eat anything for too long, you could also feel sick.
According to the New York Times, a study revealed that when we eat affects how much fat we burn during exercise. Results showed that not eating before may be most beneficial for metabolic health. However, participants burned more calories when they ate first. So, it depends on personal goals.
