My first time at CorePower Yoga wasn’t my favorite class I’d ever taken. After a few months off, I decided to go back to try Yoga Sculpt on the recommendation of The Atlanta 100’s very own Caroline.
Yoga Sculpt is a pretty standard yoga class with the addition of weights and a cardio section. It’s a combination of yoga and barre – small pulses with weights in yoga poses, along with larger movements like bicep curls and squats.
I really enjoyed this class, but it’s nearly impossible to get into on ClassPass because it’s so popular. I’ll definitely try it again.
