There’s a new girl in town ready to shine! Big Citizen, the team behind Bon Ton and The Waiting Room, recently opened a new eatery named RWBY at the corner of Juniper Street.
Pronounced “ruby,” the neighborhood gem offers a vibe that’s relaxed enough to visit regularly but still suited for special occasions and celebrations.
RWBY’s fare is best described as modern American with European influences, with standout dishes including a roasted carrot dip, mussels with poached fennel and Calabrian chili, lamb ribs flavored with harissa and a drink menu full of both lively alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails and beverages.
