Pizza perfection

by The 100 Companies

I’ve been nostalgic recently. We lived in Jersey when I was in high school, and on Friday nights we’d get pizza from Vinny’s. I was allowed to pick it up after I got my license.

Meatball or mushroom pies. The chewy crust, grease, crunch. The fold. It’s what makes a perfect pizza. I miss it and what it represents. Family. Comfort. Memories of being together.

Nothing has come close until I went on a date to Yandys in Sandy Springs a pizza stall tucked in Carniceria Los Pinos. First bite, tears. I was immediately transported back and found my Fridays.
