With Morningside Kitchen now open for dinner seven days a week, our video takes a look back on one of the restaurant’s earlier menu tastings.

Chef/Partner Tom Harvey explains the basic concept of the restaurant is taking a great piece of meat or seafood, such as charcoal rotisserie chicken or sauteed Georgia trout, and pairing them with seasonal sides. With the team’s great depth of culinary knowledge and experience, Tom believes Morningside Kitchen is “putting forth the best versions” of familiar dishes, like angel hair shrimp scampi or baby back ribs.

Morningside Kitchen will begin serving weekend brunch soon.
