‘More Than Pink Walk’ returns to support Atlanta Black community

by The 100 Companies

The world’s leading breast cancer organization Susan G. Komen is on a mission. Its goal is to fund groundbreaking research and improve survival rates for those most at-risk for breast cancer – Black women.

With Black women 40% more likely to die from breast cancer than white women, and 50% of Atlanta’s population identifying as either Black or African American, the More Than Pink Walk, being held on Sept. 24 at Lenox Square, is the perfect opportunity to help achieve those goals.

The Power of ONE Week, including events to honor those impacted by breast cancer, will take place beginning Sept. 19.
