Ruby Falls celebrates milestone with new tour, exhibit

by The 100 Companies

It’s been more than 95 years since Indiana chemist Leo Lambert found the underground path beneath Lookout Mountain that led to a series of underground waterfalls. That discovery led to the opening of Ruby Falls in 1930.

To celebrate its 95th anniversary, the popular Tennessee attraction has added a new tour and an exhibit. The History Tour, which includes an extended time at the waterfall, focuses on stories and events from Ruby Fall’s history.

The “Celebrating 95 Years of Wonder” exhibit includes photos, vintage postcards and other memorabilia from generations of people from around the world who have visited Ruby Falls.
