Atlanta is invited to celebrate a greener Midtown! The 110-year-old Rhodes Hall, “the castle on Peachtree,” just finished the first phase of renovations that were made possible by the successful Georgia Trust’s Capital Campaign to raise funds for the green rehabilitation.
Renovations included replacing faucets and toilets, installing storm windows and forgoing the natural gas-fired boiler for a state-of-the-art heat pump system.
The event to view the more beautiful and sustainable Rhodes Hall is free and open to the public. The party will be held June 1 from 3-5 p.m. Complimentary snacks and champagne will be served. RSVP at afarrisee@georgiatrust.org.
