Since its inception, Perimeter Summit has been home to corporate tenants ranging from AutoTrader to Verizon. The development, which sits on 83 acres in Central Perimeter, is now home to one more: The Weather Company, an IBM Business.
Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal recently announced The Weather Company plans to relocate its headquarters from Cobb County to Central Perimeter next year.
“Our highly efficient floor plans, as well as our location and amenities, permit The Weather Company to continue to strategically expand, while also offering its employees exceptional work-life balance,” said Bob Voyles, founder of Perimeter Summit developer Seven Oaks.
