This month, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Cuba with The Oxford Center for Entrepreneurs. This beautiful country is chock-full of history – and delectable food.
While the relationship between the U.S. and Cuban governments is still a work in progress, our group felt only love from the Cuban people, and saw the need for foreign investment – particularly in real estate.
With 16 new golf courses in the works, according to a Cuban professor, the development of new residential buildings is inevitable. Redevelopment of existing multifamily structures is the biggest need I saw, as four generations commonly share one unit.
