As we moved into our new office this week – a creative loft office in Puritan Mill – I was reminded of how “hot” that market is right now. I love our new space, with its exposed brick walls, high ceilings and industrial look.
Stream Realty recently delivered its latest development – an 81,629-square-foot creative loft office environment in West Midtown. Ellsworth, formerly two furniture stores, is just the latest example of unorthodox office space.
With suites ranging from 3,000 to 50,000 square feet and proximity to TopGolf Atlanta Midtown and plenty of restaurants, residences and retail, don’t expect these to last long.
