As the Atlanta residential real estate industry continues its slow recovery, builders are “playing catch up” by frantically buying and developing land to meet buyers’ high demand – a welcomed turning point for builders.
To aid builders during this booming time, Southeast Mortgage launched a Builder Partnership Program that assists builders in establishing land and lot acquisition relationships, offering them a comprehensive marketing program with conventional lending resources.
“Our mission is to provide builders with the resources they need to move their inventory and provide buyers with a new level of service,” said John Rymer, Builder Development Coordinator for Southeast Mortgage.
