As the BeltLine continues to make national headlines and receive millions in funding, there’s no better time to learn about one of the nation’s largest urban development programs.
Trees Atlanta, a nonprofit dedicated to improving Atlanta’s green spaces, is hosting walking tours at 10 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays until Oct. 25 on the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail. The 90-minute, 2-mile tour begins in Inman Park, behind Parish Food & Goods, and highlights the BeltLine’s horticulture, history, art, architecture, current projects and more.
The tour is free, but donations to continue tours are encouraged. For more information, visit here.
