On Aug. 24, Georgia kids will have the opportunity to join the less than 1 percent of children who have finished a triathlon.
The race, held at West Gwinnett Park & Aquatics Center, features age-appropriate (but challenging!) distances and is expected to be among the nation’s top 10 largest kids’ triathlons. Following a Pre-Race Pep Rally Saturday night, the Sunday triathlon is split into two races: one for ages 6-10 and one for 11-15 years.
Registration is $40 per child. All kids will finish with a medal around their neck and ice cream in hand. Visit atlantakidstriathlon.org for more details.
