Oysters with prosciutto on a Mexican menu? That’s just one of the twists we found at Red Pepper Taqueria. Others included squash and zucchini served with fajitas, lamb tacos, and our favorite app, the peppercorn seared tuna crudo.
Where Red Pepper really shines is with the cocktails. The blood orange margarita was the perfect refreshing drink for a hot summer night, while my husband declared his La Vista Martini – made with cucumber, St. Germain and Hendrick’s gin – the best ever.
We both loved the Spanky, also made with cucumber and serrano-infused tequila. Red Pepper has two locations: Buckhead and Briarcliff.
