The Atlanta Athletic Club, home to U.S. Opens and PGA Championships, is getting a new neighbor at its address in Johns Creek.
Developers, Brand Properties and Greenstone Properties, have announced a mixed-use project, which will include 263 multifamily units and offices on the 19-acre site.
The city of Johns Creek still has to approve a rezoning before the development can proceed, but the firms have the property under contract.
Brand Properties currently has five multifamily projects in the works, including one on Roswell Road in Buckhead and another in Gwinnett. The firm also specializes in retail, office and industrial properties.
