Young poet makes impression at presidential inauguration

by The 100 Companies

Although this year’s presidential inauguration was different from previous years, it still held moments of unforgettable history, such as the performance from National Youth Poet Laureate, Amanda Gorman.

At just 22 years old, Gorman, a Harvard graduate, is the youngest poet to ever speak at a presidential inauguration. The reciting landed so much recognition that her publisher has since announced one million copies to be printed of each of her three books. She’ll also perform at this year’s Super Bowl.

As if that isn’t impressive enough, Gorman also recently signed with IMG Models in hopes of expanding her inspiring brand.
