With uncertain times changing moment by moment, it’s challenging to stay informed on the latest information from local government.
Last week, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms issued a shelter-in-place order for Atlanta, and Gov. Brian Kemp followed suit with a statewide order, now effective through April 30. The order allows essential businesses to remain open and people to go to work and outside for exercise, as long as social distancing is practiced.
Things continue to evolve – there are now mobile clinics providing COVID-19 testing (for those meeting CDC guidelines), new restrictions for the BeltLine, rent relief for Atlanta housing residents and more.
