Amy Hutsell advocates for Georgia victims

by
Amy Hutsell

Amy Hutsell, program director for Georgia’s CJCC Sexual Assault, Child Abuse and Human Trafficking Unit, is one of many often-unrecognized professionals serving the city’s public safety interest.

Working with law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocates and forensic medical personnel, she advances the delivery of services to sexual assault, child abuse and human trafficking victims.

Amy aids unsolved cold-case victims and families seeking closure and justice by expanding the statewide Cold Case Sexual Assault Initiative to include expert investigative consulting and advanced DNA testing.

With 15 years of experience, she maintains a passion for creating solutions to hold offenders accountable.
