I have decision fatigue – so much so that I couldn’t figure out what to write for my column.
From business to personal, I’m inundated with so many decisions and distractions. I’m frozen. Perhaps it’s partly post-COVID brain fog or maybe being overwhelmed.
I recently went to a coach. She asked if it was “fear of the unknown.” I pondered and thought “maybe,” but quickly dismissed that. She reminded me not every decision needs to be made now. The frustrating part is so many have looming deadlines.
After reflecting, I realized the last two years have made me completely noncommittal.
