I’ve had many conversations lately about mental health and trauma healing.
About childhood wounds that run deep. About so many friends having tough conversations with themselves. About therapy, self-care, turning inward and dealing while figuring out what truly makes one tick. Recognizing that most parents did the best they could with what they had and knew at the time.
Now, it’s time to clear and release the impact of past trauma. In my journey, I’ve had to explore and reframe to move forward and begin to uncover my authentic self. Feels like we’re all experiencing a collective awakening and healing.
