Think Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

by The 100 Companies

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it’s more than just wearing pink ribbons, it’s about giving and receiving support.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in American women with one in eight women in the United States diagnosed in her lifetime. Continue to bring awareness to the fight and to finding a cure by supporting charities and sharing stories of the many women who are battling or have overcome breast cancer.

Here are a few ways to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month locally:

• Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk

• Paint Gwinnett Pink

• Volunteer with Susan G. Komen
