Recently, I wrote an article about September being National Suicide Prevention Month. If you’re struggling with mental health, or know someone who is, there are several ways to help cope.
• Talk to a professional – Mental health is as important as physical health. If you’re concerned about money, there are some inexpensive alternatives.
• Reach out to a loved one – Have an open conversation about mental health with family and friends. It can be beneficial to all parties.
• Exercise, eat healthy and sleep – All three have been linked to helping battle mental health.
