Favorite Cardio Classes

As someone who loathes cardio, it’s a miracle I’ve taken any cardio-based classes. But I have found several classes that I enjoy, despite their intensity.

BLAST is undeniably my favorite cardio workout. Thirty minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights are guaranteed to leave you drained. Define Revolution is a rhythm-based cycling class – tough, but not out of reach for those just starting out. Lastly, Flywheel is a more traditional, somewhat tougher cycling class.

These classes get your heart rate up and keep it there for the entire class. I always leave feeling accomplished (and exhausted).
