Before joining ClassPass, my idea of exercising was taking my dog on a walk every now and then. After eight months as a member, I just completed my 100th class and 5,260th minute.
ClassPass, and exercising in general, has changed my life. I used to think I hated working out, wasn’t strong enough to do anything and was too scared to try something new. I’ve gained so much self-confidence and strength just from setting aside a few hours a week to move.
From yoga to cycling to barre, I’m a true believer and supporter of all things ClassPass.
