I walk almost daily. The smell of fired-up grills, fresh laundry and blooms waft by while kids can be heard playing. As life shifts and opens up due to the vaccine, I don’t want to lose these moments.
Let’s not overlook that even in chaos and physical distance, this last year also brought gifts — simplicity, compassion, empathy, innovation, better health for many, kindness, connection in a different way. Spring is arriving and Mother Nature is showing off after much-needed rest reminding us this reset wasn’t for nothing.
Let’s be intentional while taking care of her and each other moving forward.
