Emory University kicks off 21-day compassion challenge

by The 100 Companies

It’s probably pretty safe to say we could all use a little more compassion in our lives, especially after the past year, and Emory University agrees. Beginning March 6, Emory’s Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics, with the support of His Holiness The Dalai Lama, is kicking off the free 21-day Compassion Challenge.

This challenge is all about helping people recognize their capacity for compassion and learn how to practice it daily. Over three weeks, participants will explore the transformative power of compassion through guided meditations, simple everyday actions and reflective journaling — all done virtually in their own time.
