Opa! Sunday Lamb Night at Kyma is a cause for celebration

by The 100 Companies

“This is our Greek Easter,” Chef Pano told us as he greeted guests at Kyma who had come for Sunday Lamb Night.

After enjoying a reception with champagne and bites of salmon and lobster, we sat at the communal table.

Chef carved the lamb and we enjoyed the best grilled octopus ever (so tender), Greek salad, mezze spreads and then the main event, delicious lamb with tzatziki. Every course had a wine pairing, including the Greek donuts.

It was a fabulous feast and a memorable evening. Sunday Lamb Dinners are held on the third Sunday of every month through Oct. 15.
