Bagels, pastries, buns – you name it, people are crazy for the baked goods from H&F Bread Co. Soon there will be more to love as it completes an expansion, adding 16,000 square feet to its 50,000-square-foot facility on the Westside.
H&F is adding a gluten-free cafe and is partnering with Anne Quatrano, owner of Bacchanalia and Star Provisions, Chris Hall, chef at Local Three, and singer Zac Brown’s Remedy Bakeshop, which specializes in allergy-friendly baked goods.
The facility should be complete in June, with a restaurant from Quatrano opening in the fall.
