My husband is on a search for the best ceviche in Atlanta. We found an excellent version at bartaco recently while perusing the “not taco” section of the menu.
We love its tacos, and especially enjoyed the Baja fish, rock shrimp and new mojo carnitas tacos. But the not taco section has fantastic choices as well, including tuna poke, pork posole, rotisserie chicken and chicken soup. There’s a rice bowl section with some of your favorite taco fillings served with sliced bell peppers and onions on brown rice.
