Steaks and Tapas: New ATL Restaurants


Kevin Rathbun teamed up with longtime friend Chef Peter Kaiser to open Kaiser’s Chophouse in Sandy Springs. Originally from Liechtenstein, Peter has been in Atlanta more than 30 years, working at Buckhead Life Group and Here to Serve restaurants. Kaiser’s menu items include batter-fried lobster tail, prime steaks, grilled seafood, burgers and beef short ribs.

Another tapas bar is coming to Midtown when Bulla Gastrobar opens next month on 11th Street. Florida-based Bulla will serve Spanish-style tapas with items like Iberian ham croquettes, and larger entrees for two, like paella, braised short ribs and Iberian pork tenderloin.
