As devoted carnivores, my husband and I have eaten our share of steak. But never one like this. We were enjoying a “60 second” steak at 5Church, one of just a few menu items this Charlotte-based restaurant brought to its new Atlanta location.
The strip steak is grilled on one side only and cooked to medium rare throughout. Delicious. Other dinner menu items exclusive to Atlanta include smoked Pekin duck, charred octopus, hearth-roasted whole fish and duck fat beignets.
Open for just dinner initially, 5Church will soon be adding lunch and opening the fabulous rooftop overlooking Peachtree Street.
